If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can call us toll free at 1-877-566-5433. Your concern will be brought to the attention of the manager of your nearest Freedom 55 Financial centre office who will get in touch with you directly.

If you want to write to us

If you're still not completely satisfied, you may wish to contact our head office. A specialist will review the matter and try to resolve it - either directly with you or through your nearest financial centre. If the matter is not fully resolved to your satisfaction, we will either give you a written explanation of our position or offer you independent adjudication.
