- If you have a concern, your first step should be to ask your Freedom 55 Financial and Quadrus financial security and investment representative to try to resolve it.
- If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can call us toll free at 1-877-566-5433. Your concern will be brought to the attention of the manager of your nearest Freedom 55 Financial centre office, who will get in touch with you directly.
- If you're still not completely satisfied, you may wish to contact our head office. A specialist will review the matter and try to resolve it – either directly with you or through your nearest financial centre. If the matter is not fully resolved to your satisfaction, we will either give you a written explanation of our position or offer you independent adjudication.
